Pedal to the Floor
03:02
|

Who knew the pedal wasn’t pressed to the floor anymore? / I should’ve stayed, I should’ve been gone so long ago / I should’ve stayed with the plan from the get-go / I wish I would’ve when I could’ve, but I never even tried, you know / You don’t / Don’t know / I wish I wasn’t here now / I wish I could be with you somehow / I wish I wasn’t here now / I’ve got to deal with these mistakes I’ve made somehow / I’m gonna blame you for my problems now, even though it’s not your fault / But I can’t handle this weight on my shoulders, so I’ll put it somewhere else / And don’t you whine, don’t you complain, baby, you gotta deal with the cards you’ve been dealt / That you’ve been dealt / That I’ve dealt / And will you please not mention this? / Cause it’s not often that I miss / And will you please not mention this? / I can’t quit thinking about our first kiss / I wish I could change who I am so I’d be who you want me to be / But how do you expect me to change for you when I can’t change / I can’t change for me / I can’t change, baby, can’t you see?

Another Drive Home
04:46
|

As I walk home in the darkness / The rain beats down on my face / I call you up in the morning / Try to convince you to stay / Cause it looks like I’ll be driving home alone, again / I cool my anger with the breeze / It looks like I’ll be driving home alone / You’ve got me begging on my knees / I tell her she is always right / She doesn’t believe me / It’s ironic because she’s right / Oh, don’t you see what I mean? / Cause it looks like I’ll be driving home alone / Cool my anger with the breeze / It looks like I’ll be driving home alone / You’ve got me begging on my knees, “oh baby, please” / I can picture her face / I can picture her face / And I can smell her perfume / What are we gonna do? / Cause it looks like I’ll be driving home alone / I cool my anger with the breeze / It looks like I’ll be driving home alone / You’ve got me begging on my knees, “oh baby, please” / Baby, please / Please/ Baby, please / Baby, please

Quiet the Titan St George, Utah
After a year of writing music independently under the name Quiet the Titan, guitarist Christian Larson was contacted by
drummer Austin Taylor in August 2011 on the subject of starting a band with singer/songwriter Kyle Owens. After bringing in Jack McCall to round out the group as the bass player, the quartet adapted the name Quiet the Titan to their band.
They have been performing in Utah since.
